Grande libro
Did you notice the Yorkshire Terriers, superbly dressed and trimmed, on the “dogwalks” of Emporio Armani and Mulberry, announcing the next season autumn/winter 2011/2012 and the new collection of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac inspired by the “101 Dalmatians”? And what to say about the ostentatious and affected dignity of the TopShop Unique models, parading with their distinguished make-up and hairdressing which made them look like a pack of Shih-Tzu? Or fashion icon Liv Tyler, posing with a huge and ferocious Doberman printed on her sweater?
Obviously, the canine family is indeed very hip! Meanwhile, many questions might occur: how to select a fashionable puppy, how to find him a trendy name, where to buy his designer outfits, how to choose a tasteful basket, a park or a fancy kennel where he (or she) can make some aristocratic friends, how to feed him or where to find a chic hotel where the room-maids will gladly pamper your precious pet?
Now, if your doggy is a snob (what we sincerely hope) and thus fluently French-barking of course, then you both should run immediately to your bookshop and order the only manual of savoir-vivre entirely devoted to your four-legged friend that contains all the answers and name-dropping you need.
